What this draft covers
This draft concerns the Nodvia website and a prospective project-enquiry process. It does not yet describe an active customer platform, client implementation, employee process or a connected third-party service.
If a future Nodvia service uses a different product, form, integration or data flow, its privacy information should be reviewed separately before it goes live.
Information a visitor may choose to provide
A visitor may choose to share contact and project context when starting a conversation, such as a name, work email address, organisation, role, message and workflow details. The exact fields and destination of any live form remain subject to configuration and review.
This build does not intentionally activate analytics, payment or account-data collection. It does load Google Fonts and the integration catalogue may request remote brand-logo or favicon resources from third-party domains, which can receive ordinary connection data such as an IP address and browser headers.
The project-enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. The server sends accepted enquiries to the designated Nodvia recipient through FormSubmit. Cloudflare and FormSubmit may process ordinary connection data and the form details required to provide those services.
How submitted context may be used
Subject to a final notice and the applicable agreement, enquiry information may be used to understand a requested project, respond to a message, arrange a conversation and prepare relevant follow-up. Any additional purpose should be identified before the relevant processing begins.
Sharing and connected services
The website uses hosting infrastructure, Google Fonts, Cloudflare Turnstile, FormSubmit and remote brand-logo or favicon sources. Access to delivered enquiries should be limited to people who need it to assess and respond to a request.
Until that review is complete, this draft does not make a claim about international transfers, subprocessors, automated decisions or data security standards.
Questions and requests
Contact details for privacy questions, a privacy contact role and request-handling process have not yet been finalised. They must be added and verified by the owner before a production privacy notice is approved.
Do not submit sensitive personal information through the website. A visitor may use the project-enquiry form to request a response or raise a privacy question; the request should include only the contact information needed for Nodvia to reply.
Items to resolve before approval
- Confirm the legal entity, registered address and the responsible contact for privacy enquiries.
- Confirm and document the live form’s retention period and recipient access controls.
- Confirm whether cookies, analytics or marketing technologies are used and provide an appropriate preference mechanism if required.
- Confirm the applicable legal bases, retention approach, data-subject rights process, vendors and transfer arrangements with qualified legal advice.
